The 17th annual Warrens Community Christmas will be held Friday, Dec. 5, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the Warrens Community Building. The event is free and open to Warrens area residents of all ages.
Santa Claus will be on hand to visit with all the good little girls and boys. The jolly old elf will pose for photos, so be sure to bring your camera. Each child will also receive a gift bag filled with goodies.
There will be several holiday crafts available for children to do, too, including making a Christmas ornament.
The event is co-sponsored by the Warrens Area Youth Association and Warrens Community Meals.
The menu for the Dec. 5 meal includes meatballs with beef gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, fruit and cranberry ice cream donated by Shirley Ann’s Cafe.
This dinner is taking the place of the December Warrens Community Meal.
