The Warrens Memorial Day Program is Monday, May 27, starting at 11 a.m., at the Warren Mills Cemetery. This year’s keynote speaker is Chaplain Jon Winski, a nondenominational minister with the Dane County EMS Honor Guard.

Winski provides crisis counseling to police, firefighters, first responders and other emergency services personnel.

Peggy Anderson is the mistress of ceremonies. Raising of the colors will be by members of Warrens VFW Post 5387. Tomah VFW Post 1382 is serving as the Honor Guard. The Warrens Cranberry Festival Royalty will lead the Pledge of Allegiance and do this year’s readings.

Lucas and Jenna Salzwedel will sing the National Anthem. David Winski, Chaplain Winski’s son, will play Taps on his trumpet.

In case of inclement weather, the program will be moved to the Town of Lincoln Fire Station.
