Warrens Independence Day Celebration is July 3

The Warrens Independence Day Celebration is Thursday, July 3. The Warrens Area Fire Department is again in charge of the fireworks, starting at dusk.

A street dance sponsored by the Warrens Area Youth Association featuring Brandon Baldwin Music will begin at 6 p.m. in front of the Warrens Log Building.

The Warrens Lions Club will be selling brats, hot dogs, popcorn and beverages from the ballpark concession stand starting at 5 p.m.

Warrens VFW Post 5387 is holding a flag retirement ceremony at 4 p.m. If you have faded or tattered flags, deposit them in the drop box outside the Warrens Cranberry Festival Office by July 2 or bring them to the retirement ceremony.
