The 14th annual Warrens Community Christmas is Friday, Dec. 2, from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Warrens Lions Log Building, 601 Pine Street. The event is free and open to Warrens area residents of all ages.

Santa Claus will arrive at 5 p.m. to visit with all the good little girls and boys. The jolly old elf will pose for photos, so be sure to bring your camera. Each child will also receive a gift bag filled with goodies.

There will be several holiday crafts available for the children to do, too, including making a Christmas ornament.

The event is co-sponsored by the Warrens Area Youth Association and Warrens Community Meals. A kid-friendly meal will be served. The menu includes ham sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, fruit and Christmas cookies for dessert.

The Warrens Community Meals Christmas Dinner will be held Wednesday, Dec. 14, from 4 to 6 p.m. The menu will be posted on Warrens Community Meals Facebook page.
